Sardis Water Board restructures rates (The Sand Mountain Reporter) The Sardis City Water Department Board approved a rate restructure, causing a modest increase in future bills. Water Department manager Brock Cash said the change is chiefly based on a rate analysis by the Alabama Rural Water Association and will start appearing on bills due March 10.
